W.W. Moore

On March 9, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. W. W. Moore held a graduation ceremony. Amidst all of the pomp and circumstance three young men took their victory walk during the graduation exercise. Two students received their GED® and one student received his high school diploma. The commencement speaker was Dr. Gerri P. Martìn, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction at Granville County Publics Schools. She began by congratulating the students for successfully reaching this milestone in their life. Dr. Gerri Martìn talked to the students about not stopping with this accomplishment but she encouraged them to be lifelong learners. She also told the students that they would face many challenges in life but the key to being successful hinged on preparedness. When an individual is prepared, whether it is a challenge or an opportunity, he or she will succeed.

It was a great occasion for all who attended especially the students.
