Constitution Day 2013

     On September 17, 2013 the students and staff observed Constitution Day. Everyone participated in special activities to commemorate the signing of the U. S. Constitution which occurred on September 17, 1787. The teachers planned specific activities that integrated information about the Constitution into their subject area. The activities included an overview of the Constitution and each article, playing Constitutional kickball, sharing information about the Founding Fathers and signers of the Constitution and calculating the popular and electoral vote. The students enjoyed the planned activities and class discussions. The teachers wore red, white and blue as part of the celebration.
