Plants Spread Cheer

The Post D students have been busy working in the Green Thumb Nursery since the arrival of spring. They have put their horticulture skills to use to prepare several projects. This year they have partnered with Liberty Hospice to use plants as a means of bringing cheer to the patients. For Easter the students designed special arrangements in colorful planters to be given to the patients. They also arranged beautiful frog gardens to give as gifts to their parents. Finally they are working on some dish gardens that they hope to sell in the future.
